Our desire for well being, health and long life has driven many ancient civilisations to search for "earthly containers" of nature’s regenerative powers, not least among minerals and semi-precious stones.

Stories of precious stone as talismans became part of ancient folklore and religion, and often one of 12 stones would be carried each month, leading to the modern concept of specific ‘birthstones’.

We have now created a unique range of bespoke birthstone scarves in satin silk, which were a huge success when available exclusively at Liberty in the large square size, but now are exclusively available here at both that large size as well as a more informal and flexible size.
