Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Weston! We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return the item(s) within up to 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund, exchange, or credit. 

Eligibility Criteria for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Items must also have all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards are non-returnable.

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

Please email with your order number and reason for return/exchange and we can support you. 

You can return/exchange your scarf purchases to get a full refund. However, the item(s):

must be received by us within 7 days of your receiving them, or 9 days of us dispatching them, whichever is the longer

must be received by us in a condition that enables us to resell them, and including all tags and labels

must include your order number.

If these conditions are not met, then we will not be able to make a refund. 

    Return Shipping

    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

    Refund Process

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days of approval.
