Charoite is magnificently purple, and often looks like a melting stream, which considering it comes only from Siberia is rather strange - or perhaps simply appropriate.
When printed on silky paper using Giclée printing, it becomes a dramatically rich image - enhanced by those marvellous golden inclusions - that makes for wrapping paper nobody will have ever seen before.
