FREE WORLDWIDE DELIVERY ON ALL ORDERS OVER £100
We know how annoying delivery charges can be, so delivery is free on all orders over £100 (or the currency equivalent), and we have reduced all our delivery charges too.
SCARF DELIVERIES
All orders subject to Royal Mail performance. We cannot, and will not, be held responsible for delivery failures due to Royal Mail performance.
Scarves Ordered For UK Delivery: we send you a confirmation email immediately on placing the order. Usually orders are dispatched within 2 or 3 days of being received. A dispatch email tells you it has been sent. We send all orders to UK addresses by Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Day Before 13.00. A signature is theoretically required.
Scarves Ordered For Delivery To EU: orders for delivery to an EU country are accepted on the clear understanding that it is at your risk, and there may be significant delays as well as customs duties payable, even when we believe such duties are not due. This is due to the costs and complications of tariffs, customs and delays caused by Brexit. Please address any complaints to 10 Downing Street.
Scarves Rest of World: we send you a confirmation email immediately on placing the order, then a dispatch email telling you it has been sent. Once dispatched, delivery is aimed to be within 7 working days, but in some countries can be considerably longer. Customs duties may be payable. Tracking is available in theory, but sometimes not in practice, and a signature will be required to complete the delivery.
SCARF RETURNS
You can return scarf purchases to get a full refund. However, the item(s):
> must be returned at your cost
> must be received by us within 7 days of your receiving them, or 9 days of us dispatching them, whichever is the longer
> must be received by us in a condition that enables us to resell them
> must include your invoice, or, at least, your order number.
If these conditions are not met, then we will not be able to make a refund. If we cannot offer a refund, and you have sent the goods to us, then at our discretion we will send the goods back to you at our cost.
SCARF EXCHANGES
We are happy for you to exchange scarf purchases. However, the item(s):
> must be returned at your cost (but we will pay the cost of posting the new item to you)
> must be received by us within 7 days of your receiving them
> must be received by us in a condition that enables us to resell
> must include your invoice, or, at least, your order number
> must specify that you want to exchange it (not return it), and exactly which product you want in exchange.
If these conditions are not met, then your attempt to exchange may not be valid.
PRINTS & CANVASSES DELIVERY
Dispatch is now usually within 3 or 4 working days.
As prints and canvasses have been exclusively produced for you, we cannot accept print or canvas returns unless the quality of the printing is agreed by us not to be acceptable.
Under those circumstances, we will offer you the choice of a reprint, an alternative image at the same cost, or your money back.
