STOCKED SCARVES: IMMEDIATE DELIVERY
Stocked scarves available for immediate delivery don't have a delay message on the product page.
Usually these orders are dispatched within 2 days of being received (normally on Tuesdays and Thursdays). A despatch email tells you it has been sent.
We send all these orders to UK addresses by Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Day Before 13.00. A signature is (theoretically) required.
Christmas Deadline: orders for stocked scarves for immediate delivery placed up to midnight UK time on Sunday 18 December are guaranteed to be dispatched to arrive before Christmas to all UK delivery addresses.
Delivery To EU Addresses: orders for delivery to an EU country are accepted on the clear understanding that it is at your risk, and there may be significant delays as well as customs duties payable. We can offer no guarantees about delivery dates to EU addresses, but we always do our best! Tracking is available in theory, but sometimes not in practice, and a signature may be required to complete the delivery.
Rest of the World Addresses: orders for delivery to any Rest of the World country are accepted on the clear understanding that it is at your risk, and there may be significant delays as well as customs duties payable. We can offer no guarantees about delivery dates to Rest of the World addresses, but we always do our best! Tracking is available in theory, but sometimes not in practice, and a signature may be required to complete the delivery.
STOCKED SCARVES: DELAYED DELIVERY
Stocked scarves that have delayed delivery have this message on the product page: Currently being printed. Limited stock, so order now. Delivery guaranteed before the end of November.
These will be despatched before the end of November, but may not arrive until the first day or two of December. A despatch email tells you it has been sent.

These delayed delivery scarves will become available for immediate delivery after the end of November, so can be ordered up to midnight UK time on Sunday 18 December for guaranteed arrival before Christmas to all UK delivery addresses.

BESPOKE SCARVES
Bespoke scarves are all scarves under the scarves heading BESPOKE.
STANDARD BESPOKE TERMS & CONDITIONS: as bespoke scarves are produced exclusively for you, bespoke orders cannot be cancelled prior to delivery, and returns are only accepted if delivery takes longer than 6 weeks, or there is a fault with the printing of the scarf.
BESPOKE SCARVES STANDARD DELIVERY PERIOD: delivery of all bespoke scarves is guaranteed to be not be longer than 6 weeks. Sorry, but we cannot hurry that process, although delivery is often 4 to 5 weeks. We send all these orders to UK addresses by Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Day Before 13.00. A signature is (theoretically) required.
UK DELIVERY CHRISTMAS GUARANTEE: Christmas is a busy period for everybody, so we can only guarantee delivery before Christmas if orders are placed no later than midnight on Wednesday 1 November, and only for UK delivery addresses. Orders placed after that might be delivered before Christmas, but we cannot guarantee that, nor, unfortunately, can we expedite delivery for you.
Bespoke Scarves Ordered For Delivery To EU: orders for bespoke scarves' delivery to an EU country are accepted on the clear understanding that it is at your risk, and there may be significant delays as well as customs duties payable. Christmas delivery deadlines and guarantees as above do NOT apply to EU countries, unfortunately.
Bespoke Scarves Rest of World: all Rest of the World addressed orders are accepted on the clear understanding that it is at your risk, and there may be significant delays as well as customs duties payable. We can offer no guarantees about delivery dates to Rest of the World addresses, but we always do our best! Tracking is available in theory, but sometimes not in practice, and a signature may be required to complete the delivery. Christmas delivery deadlines and guarantees as above do NOT apply to Rest of the World countries, unfortunately.
SCARF RETURNS
You can return stocked scarf purchases to get a full refund. However, the item(s):
> must be returned at your cost
> must be received by us within 7 days of your receiving them, or 9 days of us dispatching them, whichever is the longer
> must be received by us in a condition that enables us to resell them
> must include your invoice, or, at least, your order number.
If these conditions are not met, then we will not be able to make a refund. If we cannot offer a refund, and you have sent the goods to us, then at our discretion we will send the goods back to you at our cost.
SCARF EXCHANGES
We are happy for you to exchange scarf purchases. However, the item(s):
> must be returned at your cost (but we will pay the cost of posting the new item to you)
> must be received by us within 7 days of your receiving them
> must be received by us in a condition that enables us to resell
> must include your invoice, or, at least, your order number
> must specify that you want to exchange it (not return it), and exactly which product you want in exchange.
If these conditions are not met, then your attempt to exchange may not be valid.
HOME & GIFTS ORDERS
All home and gifts items are produced within a week of you ordering them, then sent by Royal Mail, so can take several more days to arrive, but never require a signature.
If you have ordered several different home and gifts items, they may well arrive separately as they are despatched as soon as they are produced, so please don't worry if you have only received part of your order. Any additional costs for multiple deliveries are paid by us, and never charged to you.
If you have also ordered scarves and/or prints, they will definitely be sent separately, and you will be notified separately.
The delays and issues relating to the despatch of scarves above also apply to home and gifts orders.
The Christmas deadline for home and gifts products is Tuesday 12 December.
PRINT ORDERS
Dispatch is now usually within 3 or 4 working days.
As prints and canvasses have been exclusively produced for you, we cannot accept print or canvas returns unless the quality of the printing is agreed by us not to be acceptable.
