This is Tiger's Eye, and its 'cornfields' and distant 'cliffs' in this stormy landscape are reminiscent of South Africa where much is found.
Tiger's Eye is formed, rather less romantically than it's name, probably when silica replaces fibrous blue asbestos, which is readily apparent in this image.
